At Panda Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

7-Day Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

No Refund Policy

Please note that Panda Collection does not offer refunds.

All approved returns will be processed as product exchanges only.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • A replacement product will be shipped to you

  • Exchanges are usually processed within 3–5 business days

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to cover return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
